Rule of Thirds- This picture displays the rule of third shot with Emily grabbing a book at the left side of the frame. The camera work contributes to the construction of the meaning in the picture by emphasizing the action of grabbing that book out of the whole selection. This can encourage the audience to feel intrigued about the size of Emily compared to the shelf, and the book she chose.

Shallow Focus- This picture displays the shallow focus as the background of the setting is blurred. Emily appears to be standing firmly, typing on the laptop. The camera work contributes to the construction of the meaning in the picture by blurring out the background to focus on Emily and her laptop. A moment of seriousness is emphasized, as she gives all her attention to the laptop. The audience will feel curious as to what is keeping Emily's eyes so glued on to the screen.

Standard Focus- This picture displays the standard focus, as the background is blurred but, the middle and foreground appear. Anabel sits on the chair, leaning her elbow on the table, while she is studying the textbook. The camera work contributes to the construction of the meaning in the picture by allowing the audience to focus on the subject, but not completely. Anabel is the foreground layer in the picture and the table as well as the other chair is the middle ground since it is behind her. It makes the audience feel mindful that she is studying and leaves the impression that someone else may be joining her

Focus Pull- This video portrays the focus pull as the camerawork centers in on nestor flipping the page then centers in to Emily texting on her phone. Each subject blurs out after the other to give it the complete focus point. The camera work contributes to the construction of the meaning in the video by switching to Emily in the back, that might have not been noticed at first, but her texting on her phone became more interesting than what Nestor was doing. It makes the audience feel as if there are two totally different perspective of the clip because of the different focus points, blurring out the back.

Deep Focus- This picture displays the deep focus picture, having no blur whatsoever. Emily is attempting to the a handstand using Nestor as support, but fails due to his inattentiveness The camera work contributes to the construction of the meaning in the picture by showing that there is nothing happening in the background so, it should have been a quiet space where Nestor could've easily stayed focused. Instead, he decided to be on his phone. This allows the audience to feel the distraction going on as the handstand is being done.
